An international experience: a plus to find a job

Sometimes people go abroad for an experience they want to bring back to Italy.

Especially as they grow older there are still people in Italy who are plagued by the idea of leaving this country to its destiny and embarking on their own independent path for their own personal benefit, but they believe something should be done for Italy.  

This was the case with Eugenio, a forty year old engineer who was originally from Sicily, but came to Milan to go to university and later for work. He seized an opportunity to scout for new technologies in Silicon Valley for a period and then returned and opened an entrepreneurial venture in Italy. What does he have to tell us?
