Who is the creator and founder of GoodGoing! and what can she do for you?
Who am I?
For over 15 years I have been Coaching professionally (Career Coaching, Executive Coaching and Business Coaching). Coaching is a method to support an individual professionally, whether they are managers, consultants, professionals or entrepreneurs.
I leverage solid business experiences I have gained in three fundamental areas:
managerial responsibilities in large management consulting and service companies, including Arthur Andersen (now Accenture), an IBM partner company and Getronics
entrepreneurial ventures such as the start-up of service companies dedicated to managerial training, the dissemination of a project management methodology, the launch of a networking system aimed at business development and a service company for elderly people, in addition to my current business, GoodGoing!
professional commitments both as a freelancer and in collaboration with outplacement, coaching and training companies.

What I do for GoodGoing!
Within GoodGoing! I work with people who are currently employed and are seeking to improve their professional standing either within the same company or in new companies, or by switching roles to become external consultants or small business owners.
I work on behaviour using the SCOA method and the TTI Success Insights instruments for behaviour, motivations and emotional intelligence
I give presentations on various topics of interest to me, which generally relate to the labour market.
I also write books on issues related to the labour market in Italy. To date this includes one on how to change jobs ("E’ facile cambiare lavoro se sai come fare ") and another on networking ("Connecting Dots - Il networking questo sconosciuto").
I work alongside non-profit organisations that support new entrepreneurs (Innovits) and women in business (PWN), as a mentor or coach.
I have a distinct knowledge of the ICT (Information and Communication Technology) market and the digital world, start-ups and non-profit organisations.
