GoodGoing! and BAC for your career

Some of the GoodGoing! network professionals are "Bocconiani", having attended Bocconi as a University or having frequented the School of Business Management (SDA) to achieve their Master in Business Administration (MBA). As such, we have Bocconi Alumni among us who have retained a connection with the university and today, and following a long career, are happy to support younger "colleagues".

Let's take a specific example.

Cristina Gianotti - the founder of GoodGoing! - is a Bocconi MBA 16, belongs to the BAA Association and has collaborated for years (since 2014) with the BAA Career Service as a Coach.

What did the Career Service - in the person of Liudmila Valeva - do a few years ago? It asked the market if there were any professionals or companies that were prepared to support a project to make their skills available as coaches at favourable prices for Alumni colleagues.

A professional service oriented towards the development of people - both in the workplace and in the personal/private sphere - involving two individuals: the Coach and the Coachee. In this relationship the Coach supports the Coachee with a structured method, following a defined process, to help them improve their awareness of the goals that are agreed upon at the beginning of the relationship, to assume responsibility for finding potential alternative solutions and to take the actions and behaviors necessary to achieve the objectives defined into account in a pre-established timeframe.

Only a few companies have actually participated so far. The group is therefore mostly made up of individual professionals - with a variety of different profiles - but they all offer their services as Coaches and all have a Professional Certification.

Cristina is proud of this and has decided to highlight it in the GoodGoing! Network.

In practice, this means that if a person is interested in GoodGoing! Services and is also associated with BAA, Goodgoing! will offer the preferential terms agreed with BAA Career Service.
