GOODGOING! and Moovs – Complementary and motivated

In recent weeks (see: GoodGoing extends its offer to businesses, GoodGooing and the new training offer: how did we get here? And: training according to GoodGoing!) we described a new venture by GoodGoing! in the training sector and the opening of a new business market, without losing or abandoning any of the activities we have been involved in so far - which we will continue to provide - and the reasons that led to us taking this step and the announcement of our partnership with Moovs.

Who is Moovs and what’s different about this company?

Moovs – company profile

Moovs (www.moovs.nl/en) is an Amsterdam-based company that has been operating in the training sector for thirty years through its four subsidiaries. It is the third largest company in the sector in the Netherlands in terms of turnover and it boasts an extensive international experience.

It is characterised by its consulting offer and the search for solutions supported by creative interventions for achieving sustainable (behavioural) changes. With an enthusiastic staff of 100 people, managed by a central team of 25 training consultants, concept developers, programmers, project leaders, innovation specialist and project support personnel, Moovs works on a co-creative basis with its clients to devise specific solutions. The main team connects a business vision with the required high level of psychological understanding to offer its customers the driving force to effectively achieve change. The utmost priority is given to customer satisfaction and quality.

An extensive international network of specialists and partners has been created around this core team to respond effectively to customer requirements quickly and on a large scale. Drawing on a vast catalogue of courses that are self-produced or available on licence from some of the leading universities in the United States, Moovs has the capacity to provide ad hoc training programmes in a short period of time with a highly innovative and engaging digital content.

Moovs provides consulting services in six strategic relational areas:

  1. Relations with customers (customer development),
  2. Relations with employees (development of individual competencies),
  3. Relations with the organisation (organisational development and development of business skills),
  4. Relations with third parties (development of sustainable long-term relations),
  5. Relations with the community (partnerships in local activities and development of the workforce),
  6. Relations with society (sustainable development).

What they say about themselves: “We empower people and facilitate organisational change with highly effective learning capacities, certified international content and state-of-the-art digital technology, we offer relevant training to people in a continuous cycle of learning, which motivates people, activates customers and makes the product service experience shine.
We combine our passion for our employees, customers and portfolio of products to maximise our customers’ loyalty”.

Through Leaplines, one of its subsidiaries, it commercialises a LMS (Learning Management System) suite that is innovative, complete, and integratable with other platforms, and can cover - entirely or partially depending on the modules that are used - the entire life-cycle of a co-worker, from the recruitment phase, to their arrival at the company, involvement in the company’s targets through to the development of competencies, from the recognition of results through to the time they leave and the period after their career finishes.

What are the benefits for our clients?

The consulting approach adopted by Moovs is consistent with our vision: at GoodGoing! we believe that investments by clients in training must translate into tangible measurable benefits and in order to achieve this result, a partner has to carefully analyse specific cases and design a targeted and calibrated intervention with a bespoke content.

In this context we believe we can offer our clients an added value by interpreting their needs, working with them to create a programme and the respective contents, acting as a connection between our client and their staff in all phases of the project including for its scalability.

The availability of a large catalogue of courses, combined with the expertise of Moovs’s central team to produce high level content for the main digital platforms, allows them to offer an approach that is different to anything else available in the market.

Moovs’s aim to increase its coverage of the European market therefore coincided with our interest in expanding the GoodGoing! offer. In forthcoming articles we’ll be examining some issues concerning the intervention areas and will be keeping you up-to-date on developments, but please do post your comments below or write to us at: info@goodgoing.it if you have any questions. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
